Jodie Goff - Yoga Therapist / Sound Healer Reiki Healer
From the first time Jodie practiced Yoga she started to reap the benefits. Her whole life she knew she wanted to help others, and shortly after being inspired by her teacher, Loren Russo, she took her first 200Hr YTT. Ecstatic to have an outlet for sharing her gifts, she practiced teaching at some friends during her training. Once she finished her 200 hr YTT, she started up a donation based Yoga class at the Holy Spirit Church in Little Egg Harbor.
Jodie since than has been teaching as her full time career, building classes, and community, while still continuing education in any opportunity she can. Jodie enjoys doing musical therapy with memory care patients, chair yoga at the adult communities, hosts drum circles, and kirtan events.
She also offers private classes such as, gentle Yoga, chair Yoga, laughter Yoga, Reiki sessions, guided meditations, and bhajans.
